Our Journey: From Juguetrónica to AI Help You
A journey of technological innovation in the service of people
AI Help You: Innovation and Experience
AI Help You was born from a journey full of observation and learning about the real needs of businesses, retailers, institutions, and individuals. Its founder, Daniel Bayón, has devoted his career to anticipating technological changes, firmly believing that artificial intelligence is destined to be one of the deepest and most decisive transformations of our era. Contributing to making that change positive and truly at the service of people is the mission that drives each of its solutions.
From its beginnings in experiential sales and the development of tech toys to professional robotics, he has identified key challenges in sectors such as marketing, education, and human resources. AI Help You addresses these challenges by creating conversational systems with voice and advanced cognitive capabilities that assist people at all times, without the need for constant physical presence and with an efficiency impossible to match by traditional methods.

A Solution Born from Real Experience
The current solutions of AI Help You are the result of a long journey dedicated to experiential sales and direct customer interaction, where we observed firsthand how essential it is to have effective customer service tools.
Over the years, we observed two recurring situations: moments of high foot traffic in which staff could not attend to all customers, and moments of very low foot traffic in which, due to staffing adjustments by forecasted hours, there were not enough attendants available, and service was insufficient at times for the people visiting the store during those hours.
Similarly, in our professional drone and robotics divisions, we faced the challenges of assessing technical knowledge without constantly resorting to experts, who had to interrupt their work to participate in selection or evaluation processes. Additionally, the experience gained by implementing physical robot-based service solutions in our robotics division has allowed us to understand how to transfer those models to the digital environment, making them much more efficient and cost-effective.
These and many other situations shaped the vision of AI Help You, which today offers intelligent AI assistance tools, available 24/7, capable of serving via voice, text, or even physical appearance, and adapted to each environment. Whether it's serving a customer in-store, resolving technical product questions, interviewing candidates, or supporting personalized education, our systems have been designed with a very clear mission: help people, with artificial intelligence as an ally.
The Beginnings:
Juguetrónica and the Success of Experiential Sales
In 2000, Daniel Bayón founded Juguetrónica, a store that combined the sale of tech toys with unique experiences. In a small shop on Fernando el Católico Street in Madrid, he personally served customers while teleoperating robots from the warehouse to surprise them. The success was such that it moved to a larger space on Galileo Street and later to a spectacular location on Alberto Aguilera, becoming a benchmark in experiential tech retail. The store stood out for offering an interactive environment full of robots and working inventions, which attracted media attention and thousands of visitors.

Expansion and Experiential Sales in Large Retail Chains
Before starting to develop our own products, at Juguetrónica we began a phase of distributing tech toys from the most innovative manufacturers of the moment. This step was key to understanding the market and establishing relationships with large retailers and specialized stores throughout Spain.
We reproduced the successful format of our flagship Alberto Aguilera store through experiential corners at strategic points of sale such as El Corte Inglés, Carrefour, Toys“R”Us, Drim, and Fnac. Each corner was designed with custom furniture, screens, lights, and demonstration tables that even included screens showing video effects under the operating products.
We incorporated our own specialized promoters to offer personalized attention and live demonstrations, which allowed us to maintain the experiential essence of Juguetrónica across the country. This deployment made us identify a key need: the lack of service during low traffic periods or when it was not feasible to keep staff available. This gap is what later motivated us to create automated AI service solutions.

Product Development at Juguetrónica
In addition to the successful experiential retail experience, Juguetrónica created a division dedicated to developing innovative technology products oriented to fun and education. In this area, numerous products were designed and manufactured; for example, we can mention the Space Basket —which allowed controlling a flying ball, with a drone inside its structure, by hand movements to score baskets and enjoy a science fiction basketball game— and the Robotrón —for which software was developed to facilitate learning robotics and programming at very competitive prices.
Similarly, new products were created from existing ones, making modifications and improvements that gave new functionalities to previously developed products. For example, the Chameleobot was developed, which started from a product turned into a board game using a chameleon robot as an essential game element, and the Gamebot, which transformed a robot into the central element of a fun board game that had to be assembled beforehand.

Professional Robotics and Drones:
Innovation in New Areas
Driven by the success of Juguetrónica, Daniel expanded his business by incorporating new divisions:
-
Aerorobotics: Specialized in professional drones designed and manufactured in Spain. The Ufocam model stood out, one of the first multirotor drones with an innovative structure, lightweight and with great autonomy and payload capabilities. This division was a worldwide pioneer in developing and manufacturing autonomous multirotor drones.

The Birth of AI Help You:
A New Approach with AI
After an extensive career in the physical world of robotics and technology, Daniel Bayón identified numerous unmet needs with existing solutions. At the point of sale, for example, he observed how in-person customer service was difficult to sustain during low traffic hours, while during peak demand it was impossible to serve all customers in time. He also detected the inefficiency of traditional online support systems and the urgent need to create more effective and accessible promotional tools.
In areas such as human resources, he experienced firsthand the difficulty of assessing technical knowledge without direct specialist involvement, which meant high costs and significant operational burden for teams. It was this accumulation of experiences and lessons that inspired the creation of AI Help You: a company focused on leveraging the potential of artificial intelligence to assist businesses and individuals in a practical, scalable, and efficient way.
With that vision, AI-BotYou was born, a revolutionary software that allows creating virtual robots with functionalities similar to physical ones but with all the advantages of the digital environment. These robots can be used on any device and offer solutions such as:
- Customer service through tablets at points of sale or via QR codes that allow customers to use their own mobiles as virtual assistants.
- Intelligent catalog management and conversational service with voice systems, available at any time.
- Integration in restaurants, where customers can place orders directly from their mobiles, automatically sending them to the kitchen.
Additionally, these virtual robots open new possibilities in the educational field, allowing:
- Interactive PDF document presentation: The robots guide and explain content dynamically, ideal for training.
- Personalized learning assessment: With adaptive questions according to the student’s level, offering immediate feedback.
- Interaction with simulated historical characters: An engaging way to learn through dialogue with cultural avatars.
In parallel, the division AI-AutomateYou was developed, focused on automating internal processes and repetitive tasks with intelligent systems. Its functions include:
- Customer service automation: AI available 24/7, capable of answering technical questions and resolving incidents.
- Marketing automation: Automatic generation of content and digital publications.
- Human resources automation: Interviewing chatbots that evaluate technical knowledge and skills without human intervention.
AI-AutomateYou also offers personalized consulting to identify automation opportunities and define tailored solutions.
Commitment to Outreach and Training
AI Help You stands out for its educational work in artificial intelligence, delivering courses for organizations such as IMSERSO (including a special course for people with disabilities), for over 600 professionals of Madrid Digital, and for various companies and specialists in the medical and educational sectors, demonstrating the potential of AI to improve efficiency.
A Project Based on Ethics and Innovation
Daniel Bayón’s philosophy has always been to offer products and services that benefit people, prioritizing customer satisfaction. This conviction is reflected in the success of his projects and in the trust placed by major companies, educational institutions, and public entities.
