Our Journey
A journey of technological innovation at the service of people, from Juguetrónica to Ai-BotYou.
AI Help You: Innovation and Experience
AI Help You is born from a journey full of observation and learning about the real needs of companies, businesses, institutions, and individuals. Its founder, Daniel Bayón, has dedicated his career to anticipating technological changes, with the firm conviction that artificial intelligence is destined to be one of the most profound and decisive transformations of our era. Contributing to making that change positive and truly at the service of people is the mission that drives each of his solutions.
From his beginnings in experiential retail and the development of technological toys to professional robotics, he has identified key challenges in sectors such as commercial promotion, education, and human resources. AI Help You responds to these challenges by creating conversational systems with voice and advanced cognitive abilities that assist people at all times, without the need for constant physical presence and with an efficiency impossible to match by traditional methods.

A Solution Born from Real Experience
The current solutions from AI Help You are the result of a long history dedicated to experiential retail and direct customer interaction, where we were able to see firsthand how necessary it is to have effective customer service tools. Over the years, we observed two recurring situations: moments of high traffic when staff could not attend to all customers, and moments of very low traffic when, due to shift adjustments based on public forecasts, there were not enough assistants available, and service was insufficient at times for people who came to the store during those hours.
Similarly, in our professional drone and robotics divisions, we experienced the challenges of evaluating technical knowledge without constantly relying on experts, who had to interrupt their work to participate in selection or evaluation processes. Additionally, the experience gained implementing customer service solutions with physical robots in our robotics division has allowed us to understand how to transfer those models to the digital environment, making them much more efficient and economically viable.
These and many other situations shaped the vision of AI Help You, which today offers intelligent AI assistance tools, available 24/7, capable of providing service by voice, text, or even with a physical appearance, and adapted to each environment. Whether it's to assist a customer in a store, resolve technical questions about products, interview candidates, or support education in a personalized way, our systems have been designed with a very clear mission: to help people, with artificial intelligence as an ally.
The Beginnings: Juguetrónica and the Success of Experiential Retail
In 2000, Daniel Bayón founded Juguetrónica, a store that combined the sale of technological toys with unique experiences. In a small shop on Fernando el Católico street in Madrid, he personally attended to customers while teleoperating robots from the warehouse to surprise them. The success was such that he moved to a larger space on Galileo street and, later, to a spectacular location on Alberto Aguilera, becoming a benchmark in experiential technology retail. The store stood out for offering an interactive environment full of operating robots and inventions, which attracted the attention of the media and thousands of visitors.

Expansion and Experiential Retail in Department Stores
Before starting to develop our own products, at Juguetrónica we began a phase of distributing technological toys from the most innovative manufacturers of the time. This step was key to understanding the market and establishing relationships with large department stores and specialized retailers throughout Spain.
We replicated the successful format of our flagship store on Alberto Aguilera through experiential corners at strategic points of sale such as El Corte Inglés, Carrefour, Toys“R”Us, Drim, and Fnac. Each corner was designed with its own furniture, screens, lights, and demonstration tables that even incorporated screens to display video effects under the operating products.
We brought in our own specialized promoters to offer personalized attention and live demonstrations, which allowed us to maintain the experiential essence of Juguetrónica throughout the country. This deployment made us identify a key need: the lack of attention during low-traffic periods or when it was not feasible to keep staff available. This shortfall later motivated us to create automated AI-powered service solutions.

Product Development at Juguetrónica
In addition to the successful experience in experiential retail, Juguetrónica created a division dedicated to developing innovative technology products oriented towards fun and education. In this area, numerous products were designed and manufactured, such as the Space Basket—which allowed controlling a flying ball, with a drone inside, through hand movements to score in a basket and enjoy a sci-fi basketball experience—and the Robotrón—for which software was developed to facilitate the learning of robotics and programming at very competitive prices.
Furthermore, new products were created from existing ones by making modifications and improvements that added new functionalities to previously developed products. For example, the Chameleobot was created, which started from a product turned into a board game that used the chameleon robot as an essential part of the game, and the Gamebot, which transformed a robot into the central element of a fun board game that had to be assembled beforehand.

The Birth of AI Help You: A New Approach with AI
After an extensive career in the physical world of robotics and technology, Daniel Bayón identified numerous needs that were not being met by existing solutions. At the point of sale, for example, he observed how in-person customer service was difficult to sustain during low-traffic hours, while during peak demand, not all customers could be attended to in time. He also detected the inefficiency of traditional online support systems and the urgent need to create more effective and accessible promotional tools.
In areas such as human resources, he experienced firsthand the difficulty of evaluating technical knowledge without the direct intervention of specialists, which represented a high cost and a significant operational burden for the teams. It was this accumulation of experiences and learnings that inspired the creation of AI Help You: a company focused on leveraging the potential of artificial intelligence to assist companies and people in a practical, scalable, and efficient way.
With that vision, AI-BotYou was born, a revolutionary software that allows the creation of virtual robots with functionalities similar to physical ones, but with all the advantages of the digital environment. These robots can be used on any device and offer solutions such as:
- Customer service via tablets at points of sale or through QR codes that allow the customer to use their own mobile phone as a virtual assistant.
- Intelligent catalog management and conversational service with voice systems, available at any time.
- Integration in restaurants, where customers can place orders directly from their mobile phones, with automatic dispatch to the kitchen.
The Evolution: Photorealistic Digital Humans
Today, that technology has culminated in our Digital Humans solution. Now, all these applications—from customer service to order taking—can be taken to a new level of realism and interaction through photorealistic avatars that become the visible and friendly face of any business.
Furthermore, these virtual robots open up new possibilities in the educational field, allowing for:
